Service Description

Let's develop your own herbal plan. Consultation Fee involves: (1) Client Intake Form; (2) Recommendations/Assessments from the Client Intake Form; (3) The Whole-Listic You Journal (3month entries); an herbal tea or extract to begin your journey. Receive consultation regarding personal herbal usage. You will get a personal assessment of your body constitution and what herbs may be best for your daily use. We will review your current health regiments and develop a plan of health and nutrition. Consultations do not substitute for medical advice and are completely confidential. Once initial fee is paid, you will receive a client intake form to fill out prior to the initial visit.
