- Culinary Herb: finishing salts, cooking oils, sugars
Every home, every community needs an herbalist. This course is designed to help accomplish that goal. Â Once a month, we will learn and enhance our skills to become community or home herbalists. Each class is two hours, with half instruction time and the other half hands-on. Â Â Courses can be taken individually, but are designed as building blocks.
The  cost for each class is $30 and includes instructional material, charts, seeds, and supplies.   You will also have hands-on access during class times to the resources at The CoffeeLady31.
